Duties • System Integration: Evaluate, implement, and customize digital logistics platforms (TMS, WMS, ERP) for the local transport market.
• Process Digitalization: Identify and streamline manual workflows, introducing digital tools to boost efficiency and reduce errors in supply chain operations.
• Technical Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments, external IT providers, and international partners to ensure seamless system rollouts and updates.
• Data Management & Analytics: Oversee data collection and analysis for operational insights, including route optimization, cost control, and performance metrics.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure solutions comply with local regulations, international standards, and security best practices.
• Training & Support: Lead user onboarding sessions and provide ongoing technical support for logistics teams and third-party partners.

Professional requirements • Experience:
o Proven track record in digital transformation projects within logistics, transport, or supply chain.

o English, Russian, and Uzbek (fluency in all three is essential).
• Technical Skills:
o Knowledge of process mapping, system customization, data analytics, and relevant IT tools (TMS, WMS, ERP, etc.).
o Experience managing digital projects from planning to go-live.
• Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication for coordinating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
o Leadership qualities to drive digital initiatives and change management.
