Center for Advancing Community Strengths and Social Wellbeing, established in close partnership with the esteemed Columbia University, is steadfastly dedicated to the development, promotion, and implementation of innovative and sustainable evidence-based interventions in advancing social protection. Our aim is to prevent, confront and mitigate the prevailing social challenges, mental health and health concerns in Uzbekistan, drawing inspiration and best practices from neighboring regions. Anchoring our mission on the bedrock of community upliftment, we place heightened emphasis on supporting communities, and recognizing the unique significance of community-led initiatives in Uzbekistan that can provide valuable insights for broader regional solutions.
The Center is an institution that conducts scientific and research work, retrains personnel and improves their qualifications, as well as provides scientific and methodological support to higher education institutions and institutions in the field of social protection of the population. |
