| Duties | - Carrying out scientific management of research on the most important scientific problems of a fundamental and an applied nature, including scientific and technical programs, and being directly involved in those activities. - Formulating new areas of research and development; organizing the preparation of a work program and determining the methods and means of their implementation. - Participating in the formation of research plans; coordinating the activities of co-contractors that participate in joint work with other institutions (organizations) upon the assigned tasks. - Summarizing the obtained results; conducting a research examination of completed research and development. - Defining the scope of the results of research and development; providing a scientific guidance on the practical implementation of these results. - Providing the training and the advanced training of scientific personnel in the relevant field of knowledge. In case of an official need, the principal researcher may be involved in overtime performance of his duties. |
