Duties Position Summary:
Supports HR Manager in facilitating human resource processes at all levels of the Organization in accordance with local regulations. Provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including new-hires welcome pack, training arrangements, record-keeping, file maintenance, travel, accommodation and transportation arrangements. Acts as a focal point for travel and migration issues.

Hierarchy: Reports to HR Manager of Central Asia and Caucasus

Responsibilities & Duties:

HR Administration
• Properly maintains records and documentation required by local labor legislation and related governing authorities. Collect all employment documents of newcomers and employees in the personnel folder according to the local legislation;
• Monitors personnel transactions such as hiring, termination, promotions, transfers, etc., and employee statistics for official reporting;
• Prepares and tracks Vacation orders; monitors employees' vacation balance, ensures timely utilization of vacation entitlements and compliance with approved vacation coverage plan;
• Prepares monthly work timesheets;
• Arranges for travel, assists in filling in the business travel request, prepares business trip certificates for all employees;

Migration
Work permits:
• Monitor work and residency permits and other migration matters of expatriate personnel and their families and ensures necessary measures are timely taken.

• Prepares and follow up on all types of visa support documentation and invitations for employees and their family members.
• Prepares and follow up on all temporary registration documentation for employees and their family members.

Paralegal
• Responsible for notarization of the documents
• Organizes electronical labour book registration
• Arranges necessary permits through the government portal
• Protects interests, non-disclosure of confidential information and documents to the third parties;
• Timely and properly fulfils the duties and functions defined in this job description.

Professional requirements Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in HR Management
- Prior experience in key HR processes such as performance management, employee development, employee relations, benefits and compensation, etc.;
- Knowledge of local labor legislation;
- Knowledge of HR and manpower planning and budgeting;
- Proficiency in Uzbek, English and Russian languages.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office
