Duties |
-Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the school's mission and goals -Coordinate external and internal communications flow (memos, newsletters, etc.) -Manage and update the school's website and social media accounts -Write content for company website -Plan events, seminars and press conferences -Coordinate and plan events and promotions to increase enrollment and promote the school -Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts -Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding -Attend and participate in school events and meetings as needed -Communicate with media regularly -Manage media inquiries and arrange interviews, statements, etc. -Build long-term relationships with influencers and key stakeholders |

Professional requirements |
-Previous working experience as a communications or marketing specialist for 2 year or less. -Experience and knowledge in copywriting, proofreading and editing. -Excellent portfolio with a proven track record of successful project management examples is highly appreciated. -Photo and video-editing skills. -Fluent in Uzbek, Russian and English -Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. -Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. -Experience in web design and content production is a big plus. -Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications or similar relevant field is highly appreciated. |
