Duties |
Tasks and Responsibilities - Experience in planning, executing and analysing acquisition campaigns via face to face fundraising or direct sales channels and tools; - Knowledge of direct fundraising/sales techniques and principles, including methods of tracking and monitoring results, performance, budget; - Experienced in F2F Fundraising/direct Sales recruitment and location scouting; - Experienced in database management (segmentation, CRM); - Self-motivated, determined, innovative, pro-active and with a "can do" mentality, i.e. ability to identify and take advantage of fundraising opportunities; - Strong leadership and coaching skills and the ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve results; - Strong negotiating skills and ability to work in coordination with a larger team (fundraising and communication team, project implementation team); - A strong result-orientation combined with a proven competence in strategic planning, analysis and evaluation; |
