| Duties | Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, profit and loss statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting and procedural standards. - Report organization's finances to management and offer suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies and assumptions underlying budget forecasts. - Find out the cause of losses and source of non-productive expenses and make recommendations to eliminate those. - Make timely tax and government levy payments, social insurance allocations, allocation of financial funds dedicated to salaries of employees and other relevant payments. - Track and perform accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. - Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions. - Provide Finance & Accounting Manager with the most adequate level of accruals for each closing. - Represent company at the taxing authorities and provides support in the case of litigation involving financial issues. - Act as a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters. - Follow instructions of the immediate Supervisor on all kind of the matters related to the main purpose and duties of the Accounting function. - Ensure protection of interests, non-disclosure of confidential information and documents to the third parties; - The job description is not exhaustive and may assume additional tasks within the competence of the incumbent. |

| Professional requirements | - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics. - Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA) certification is a benefit; - MBA is a benefit. - Prior experience in cost analysis, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, local taxation. - Proficiency in Uzbek, English and Russian languages. - Excellent computer skills including MS Office. - Proficiency in SAP. Special Skills/Abilities Needed: - Ability to understand and evaluate cash flow scenarios, financial statements, profit and loss statements and other financial reports. - Must demonstrate analytical approach to work and solid analytical skills. - Ability to deal with external and internal auditors. - Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion. - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the Organization. --- - Advanced mathematics skills. - Time management and strong ability to meet deadlines. - Strong organizational and planning skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Exceptional interpersonal skills. --- - Hardworking, disciplined, enthusiastic, dynamic. - Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details. |

Permanent entity of the French company SUEZ International SAS in Tashkent. The company has signed a 7-year contract with Tashkent city municipality and the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services on March 7, 2020. Project: Tashkent water transformation plan The total budget of the project is 185.4 million euros, of which 142 million euros will be disbursed through loans from leading European banks - the funds will be used to modernize urban water supply and sewerage networks and improve their management in accordance with the highest international standards. Main activity: - Upgrade Tashkent water public service to an international standard - Bring the experience of SUEZ, introduce modern technologies, equipment and software to improve the management of drinking water supply and sewage system in the city of Tashkent - Improve financial sustainability of the water service.
