| Duties | -Preparation of cash and bank (financing) documents for approval and payments; -Verifying the correctness of the invoices related to the Participating Financial Institutions (PFI)/ Micro, Small, And Medium Enterprises (MSME); -Assisting in the preparation of applications for replenishment of the PFI accounts; -Entering all cash and bank payment documents into the accounting software; -Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports for the Statistical Agency, concerned ministries, authorities and the IsDB, if required; -Assisting in project audits; -MSME Financing Specialist will be responsible for all financial process with the MSME and PFIs; -Fulfilling other orders of the Project Manager |

| Professional requirements | -higher education in the field of accounting, economics, finance, or in other similar fields; -at least 3 years of experience with projects financed by any international non-governmental organizations (experience with projects financed by the IsDB will be considered an advantage), -at least 3 years of experience in entrepreneurship financing; -solid practical and theoretical knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping and control and regulation of monetary transactions -sociability, goodwill, ability to work with staff; -knowledge of Uzbek and Russian (English is predominant); -computer skills, knowledge of Excel, Word programs, solid user of "Accounting" programs. |
