The responsibility of the Program Consultant will be to provide support for a variety of tasks and activities. The allocation of time to various tasks could vary based on the successful applicant's background experience. General responsibilities relate to LEEP's engagement with key industry and government stakeholders, and include:
- Background research and planning to strategically engage with stakeholders - Establish relationships with stakeholders across program activities - In collaboration with the LEEP team, work with key stakeholders to achieve program goals related to the switch to lead-free paint production and the regulation of lead paint - As required, organise and present at various stakeholder meetings and workshops - Attend some stakeholder meetings and possibly provide language support (written and verbal)

LEEP is seeking an enterprising generalist to support our paint program in Uzbekistan. A successful applicant will possess some or most of the following:
- Passion for LEEP's mission, and for doing good in the world at scale - Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys coordinating and working with others - Excellent stakeholder management skills Fluent in English, Uzbek, and Russian (Tajik is a bonus) - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal - Comfort pitching ideas and proposals to audiences who might not be familiar with the material - Strong organisation and planning skills - A strong ability to prioritise their tasks and recognise how they tie in with LEEP's wider goals - Enterprising, a quick learner, and creative problem-solver - Comfortable with risk and ambiguity, and working with a high level of self-direction - Based in Tashkent - Willingness to travel within Uzbekistan for program work (6-12 weeks/year)
