Duties |
- Manage the Head of Mission's schedule, including meetings, public appearances, and travel. - Handle communications for the Head of Mission, including phone calls, emails, letters, and other forms of correspondence. - Welcome and assist visitors in compliance with security regulations. - Provide logistical support for meetings and events, including organizing venues, booking hotels, and managing vendors. - Compile and manage working documents, including archiving, scanning, and filing. - Maintain and update contact lists for the mission. - Assist with the organization of internal and external events. - Perform general administrative duties such as organizing travel, managing expenses, and maintaining records. - Assist with translation and interpretation as required. - Act as backup for the office receptionist or support agent in their absence. |

Professional requirements |
- Fluency in English (Reading/ Writing/ Speaking) - Fluency in Uzbek or Russian (Reading/ Writing/ Speaking) - Good working level in Uzbek or Russian (Reading/ Writing/ Speaking) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage projects and work effectively within a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Previous experience in a similar role is a plus |
