| Professional requirements | Bachelor's degree completed or in final year of study (education background is not required); Final-year students graduating in 2026 are welcome to apply; Background or academic training in English, Biology, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry or etc, or prior teaching/tutoring experience in one of these subjects is a strong advantage; Fluency in Uzbek is required; proficiency in English is a strong advantage; Demonstrated motivation to create social impact through education; Strong leadership potential, initiative, and sense of responsibility; Ability to adapt to new environments and collaborate effectively in diverse teams; Willingness to commit fully to a two-year fellowship program. |
