Duties |
Position Summary Responsible for providing administrative support to Finance and Administration Department.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Coordinate travel arrangements (both domestic and international), creating trip itineraries, booking hotels and flights and travel request documentation. - Assisting the expatriates in organizing their movements in Uzbekistan by providing support in various fields as (driving license translation, liaising with realtors, accommodation utilities management, rent payments, liaising local authorities, etc.) - Perform translations of documents and emails from English to Russian and Uzbek and vice versa upon request. - Preparation of purchase requests. - Manage and follow-up of corporate services such as taxi, courier, petrol station cards among others. - Assist Accounting team with archiving, Didox system related to e-invoices, e-contracts and collection of primary documents and preparation of payment list for bank payments. - Assist HR team with expatriate's paper works. - Perform other administrative support upon request. - Paying special attention to the reactivity, quality and proactivity of the performance of the tasks listed above. |

Qualifications:
- University degree. - At least two (2) years of relevant experience in office administration. Special Skills/Abilities Needed: - Fluent in English, Uzbek and Russian languages - Time management and strong ability to meet deadlines. - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. - Ability to analyse and escalate relevant information to executives as needed. - Skilled in the use of standard office equipment (e.g., copiers, business telephone systems, projectors, fax machines). - Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. - Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion. - Exceptional attention to detail. |

Project: Tashkent water transformation plan The total budget of the project is 185.4 million euros, of which 142 million euros will be disbursed through loans from leading European banks - the funds will be used to modernize urban water supply and improve their management in accordance with the highest international standards.
Main activity: - Upgrade Tashkent water public service to an international standard - Bring the experience of SUEZ, introduce modern technologies, equipment and software to improve the management of drinking water supply and sewage system in the city of Tashkent - Improve financial sustainability of the water service.
