| Duties | Coordinate the full lifecycle of the scholarship programme (outreach, application review, onboarding, ongoing scholar support) Maintain regular communication with scholars and track their academic progress Launch and manage an alumni engagement plan, including meetups, digital networking and mentorship activities Develop a communication strategy and an alumni impact tracking strategy (in alignment with the Board) Build and maintain partnerships with university partners and other stakeholders Represent the Foundation in meetings with academic institutions, the British Embassy, and business partners Identify opportunities for collaboration and programme development Support annual Embassy/Foundation receptions and organise future events such as seminars, workshops, and networking sessions Prepare reports on scholarship deadlines, scholar updates, upcoming events, and all conducted stakeholder meetings Provide reporting metrics and success criteria for quarterly board meetings |
