| Duties | Position Summary Responsible for providing high-level interpretation and translation to ensure accurate and culturally appropriate communication across internal and external stakeholders. The role coordinates and develops social and environmental partnership projects, serving as primary focal point for selected initiatives. Additionally, the position provides logistical, organizational, and administrative support to the HR, Communications & Partnerships Department, including coordination of international travel, visa processes, management visits, events, and general departmental operations. This position may require business travel within Uzbekistan and abroad. Responsibilities & Duties: 1. Partnership & Project Management (Social and Environmental Focus) • Serve as Project Coordinator for the Charity project to provide access to safe water in identified schools in Bukhara province. • Act as Project Coordinator for the development of the partnership with the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers. • Proactively propose new projects, with or without external partners, aligned with social and environmental priorities. Upon management approval, lead the development and serve as the primary coordinator of such initiatives. • Coordinate the proper communication of these projects in collaboration with the Communication Specialist. 2. Interpretation & Translation • Provide oral interpretation and written translation services to and from Uzbek, Russian, and French. Interpretation involving English is also required. • Ensure that all translated materials accurately reflect the original meaning, tone, and intent; conduct research on industry-specific terminology in preparation for interpretation assignments. • Proofread translated documents to ensure accuracy in grammar, spelling, and punctuation. • Maintain the original formatting, structure, and layout of translated documents. 3. Logistical & Organizational Support • Provide support for the organization of learning expeditions and other business trips to France (logistics, coordination with SUEZ headquarters in France, and liaison with relevant entities and stakeholders). • Coordinate the full Schengen visa application process for employees and partners, including drafting invitation letters, compiling required documentation, and scheduling appointments. • Coordinate visa application processes for employees and partners traveling to non-Schengen countries. • Support the Communications Specialist in organizing events. 4. Additional Administrative Responsibilities • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR, Communications & Partnerships Department in day-to-day activities • Create, submit and track Payment Requests and related supporting documentation in coordination with Finance department; • Support the management team with administrative tasks; Ensure protection of interests, non-disclosure of confidential information and documents to the third parties. |

| Professional requirements | Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferably in the field of foreign language studies; • Prior experience in administrative support and translation / interpretation and project management, • Fluency in Uzbek, Russian, French and English languages; • Familiarity with translation software; Special Skills/Abilities Needed: • Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling and punctuation errors; • Time management and strong ability to meet deadlines; • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision; • Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion; --- • Strong MS Office skills, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional interpersonal skills; • Exceptional attention to detail. --- • Hardworking, disciplined, enthusiastic, dynamic, willing to learn; Experience specifications: • Three (7) years of experience in administrative support and translation, and project management. |

The company has signed a 7-year contract with Tashkent city municipality and the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services on March 7, 2020.
