| Professional requirements | · University graduate in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or industry-recognized IT qualifications courses (e.g., Microsoft Fundamentals, Cisco IT Essentials) · 3-5 years of experience in IT technical support, field support, or related roles, preferably with experience in tech support of mobility equipment (smartphones, tablets, notebooks). · Advanced troubleshooting skills in O365, Windows, iOS, Android, Mac OS, MS Teams, Zoom etc. · Personal traits: open, adaptive, good communicator, reliable, responsible, independent, able to work under pressure. · Sufficient in written and oral English communication. |
