Duties Bring your flexible, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team. As well as having experience in a similar role, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Search, visit and implement new Customers; Support / Ownership on Tenders
2. Communication and collaboration with local operations colleagues, sales colleagues in other offices within the Region EEUR and in the Hellmann Network
3. Keep all Hellmann KPIs. Use and update entries in CRM Program
4. Achieving sales results. Create and drive sales plan / strategy that successfully meets monthly sales goals and initiatives
5. Monitor customer implementation. Monthly Reporting on Development
6. Develop an entrance strategy for cold calling, qualifying and effectively connecting with prospective business partners
7. Customer Relationship Management to retain and grow current client database
8. Regular, pro-active analyses of processes / KPI's / systems; Pro-active suggestions for the continuous improvement process
Requirements to the candidate

Professional requirements We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:
• Have at least 5 + years' minimum experience in Sales (pref. in Logistics industry)
• Ability to effectively communicate, maintain relationships and negotiate with customers
• An experienced sales professional with a proven record of acquiring and building new business and overachieving on your KPIs.
• Good knowledge of all facets of the end-to-end Freight Forwarding services
• Excellent communication skills in Russian, Uzbek & English languages (written and verbal)
• Good market knowledge, ability to analyze, network and interact with the market
Your professional presentation and communication skills, along with true passion for providing exceptional customer experiences will play a major role in achieving success, both professionally and personally.
