Duties |
The DevOps Engineer will: 1. CI/CD Pipeline Design & Implementation – Architect, build, and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, or comparable platforms; – Automate code build, test, containerization, and deployment workflows for the AI chatbot and supporting microservices. 2. Container Orchestration & Infrastructure Provisioning – Design and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE, AKS, or on‑prem) for scalable deployment of containers; – Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation to provision servers, networks, and storage. 3. Configuration Management & Automation – Use Ansible, Puppet, or Chef to automate configuration drift prevention, patch management, and environment standardization; – Create reusable playbooks, roles, and modules for rapid environment replication. 4. Monitoring, Logging & Alerting – Integrate Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Loki/Tempo for real‑time observability of application performance, system health, and cost metrics; – Define SLOs/SLIs, configure alerts, and establish escalation processes to meet agreed SLAs. 5. Security & Compliance Automation – Embed security checks into the pipeline: container image scanning (Trivy/Clair), IaC linting (TFLint), and dependency vulnerability scanning; – Implement automated secrets management with Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or equivalent tools. 6. Performance Optimization & Scalability – Design horizontal and vertical autoscaling policies for Kubernetes pods and VMs based on CPU, memory, and custom metrics; – Profile and tune application start‑up times, resource limits, and load‑balancer configurations for minimal latency. 7. Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity – Develop and test backup, restore, and failover procedures for critical services and data stores; – Maintain runbooks for emergency response, disaster recovery drills, and post‑mortem analyses. |

– Bachelor's degree in IT/Software Engineering; – 5+ years of DevOps experience; – Hands-on with Docker, YAML, Bash/Python scripting; – Familiar with GitLab, Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana; – Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployment (Docker); – Configure orchestration tools (Kubernetes preferred); – Maintain server monitoring using tools like Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus; – Automate environment provisioning and rollback scenarios.
Candidates possessing the following certifications will be given priority consideration: - Docker Certified Associate (DCA) or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA); - GitLab CI/CD Certification (preferred). |

The Client is the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The Ministry is responsible for receiving the work performed by expert within the framework of this assignment, as well as signing the act of acceptance of the work. The PIU under the Ministry of Economy and Finance is responsible for making payments based on the act of acceptance of work/Timesheet/Service signed by the Ministry (based on the Protocol approving the relevant deliverable(s)) and the preliminary act of expert. All costs, including taxes, are covered by expert. |
