| Professional requirements | • Experience: 3+ years in trade finance, factoring, or related financial services. • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field. • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with trade finance structures (LCs, deferred payment facilities, factoring agreements), risk assessment procedures, and relevant financial regulations. • Negotiation & Communication: Ability to conduct high-level negotiations, draft contracts, and manage client relationships effectively. • Analytical Skills: Adept at credit risk analysis, financial modeling, and transaction monitoring. • Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional language skills (Russian, Uzbek) are advantageous. |
