| Duties | 1. Conduct an inventory and review of existing strategic plans and policy documents that outline current and planned activities related to oral health. 2. Undertake a rapid assessment of the oral health situation to analyse the current status of the national oral health system. 3. Set priorities using the National Oral Health Assessment Scorecard, a tool that helps countries identify critical challenges and determine priority areas for action. 4. Develop a draft National Oral Health Road Map, providing a practical plan to address major barriers and accelerate progress through clearly defined and actionable interventions. 5. Facilitate working group meetings (online and hybrid formats) to review the draft road map, gather feedback from stakeholders, and revise and refine the document accordingly. |

| Professional requirements | Essential: 2–5-year work experience in dentistry or in oral health sphere Desirable: Working experience with UN, International organizations and departments of Ministry of Health. - Skills/Knowledge Desirable: Strong background, and understanding of dental and oral health, familiarized with "Global strategy and action plan on oral health"; ability to work proactively and collaboratively; ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment. - Languages and levels required Essential: Fluency in English Desirable: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Uzbek. |
