| Duties | GIZ Country office opens a vacancy of Junior Account. Responsibilities: • Work in the SAP-P2P system in the following roles: - Archiver - Processor bank payments - Cash management - Edit and post outgoing payments - Service confirmation revision and approval • Support in calculation of country office monthly needed funds and support in calculation of monthly L/C withdrawals for CO and projects • Assists in monitoring the Letter of Credit (L/C) and support necessary steps when chang-ing, supports prepares of L/C withdrawals • Perform payment creation in online banking • Assist in calculation and processing bookings of rent costs to the projects • Cross-check travel claims of all staff according to GIZ Travel regulation under guidance • Assist in checking vouchers and receipts for completeness and allocation to cost units and categories and corrects where necessary • Support during internal and external audits • File all documents according to GIZ PuR • Performs other duties and tasks at the request of the management. |

| Professional requirements | • University Degree in Accounting and Auditing or similar area • At least 3 years professional experience in a comparable position • In-depth knowledge of accounting software • Good knowledge of SAP program is an advantage • Fluent in English, Uzbek and Russian; German language is an advantage • Good working knowledge of ITC technologies (MS Office) • Confidential in handling of data and information • Attentive to details and multitasking • Communicative and solution oriented. |
