| Duties | • Planning, creating and organizing public diplomacy activities and projects for the mission. • Maintaining professional relations with different organization in the academic, public and cultural spheres. • Reaching out and establishing connections with different crowds, establishments and organization according to the mission work plan. ● Planning, creating, and publishing content on the Mission's social media platforms, presentations, professional documents. ● Managing all media channels (content and design in accordance with provided instructions). ● Attending Mission events, taking photos and videos, and preparing materials for social media. ● Maintaining direct communication and collaboration with colleagues within and outside the Mission. ● Accompanying diplomats to public events and meetings as needed. ● Assisting in organizing Mission events and activities. ● Completing urgent tasks within established deadlines. |

| Professional requirements | ● Fluency in English. ● Knowledge of Uzbek and Russian. • Ability to make and maintain quick and sustainable professional relationship with individuals from different backgrounds. ● Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X) and the ability to work with them professionally. ● Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing programs. Knowledge of Figma is a plus. ● Ability to work effectively in a team. |
