| Duties | Recruitment & Onboarding Support recruitment processes while Recruitment Specialist is out (sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding) Prepare employment documents, job offers, and onboarding materials Provision of working facilities to new hires and organizing onboarding Support adaptation and orientation of new employees HR Administration Maintain employee records, HR databases, Payroll, and personnel documentation, Prepare employment contracts, job descriptions, amendments, timesheets, all type of orders, leave records, and other HR documents Ensure proper maintenance of personnel and job files in compliance with local legislation Ensure in time registration of all hired employees, leaves, and other required infos in mymehnat.uz Provision of offboarding documents timely preparation Employee Relations & Support Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management Assist in resolving employee relations matters and workplace issues Support implementation of company policies and internal procedures Labor Compliance Ensure compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and internal HR policies Support visa, work permit, work visa, registration, and relocation processes for expatriate employees when required Coordinate with government authorities and external service providers on HR-related matters HR Operations & Reporting Support attendance, leave tracking, and payroll-related processes Prepare HR reports, headcount updates, and administrative reports Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives Training & Development Support organization of training sessions and employee engagement activities Assist in performance review and development processes |

| Professional requirements | Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related field Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in international or corporate environments Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR administration practices in Uzbekistan Experience in recruitment and employee relations Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Proficiency in MS Office applications Fluency in Russian and Uzbek; English is an advantage Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Only CVs in English language will be accepted. |
