| Duties | • Analysis of agricultural and industrial equipment • Selection of technologies and equipment for agro-industrial and agricultural projects • Comparison of equipment from different manufacturers (Europe, USA, Turkey, China, etc.) • Preparation of Technical Specifications (TS) and Techno-Economic Analysis (TEA) • Evaluation of equipment productivity, energy consumption, and operational costs • Selection of machinery and equipment for new projects • Preparation of technical specifications for tender and procurement processes • Participation in project development processes • Development of technological solutions for factories, processing workshops, greenhouses, and agro-clusters • Expert review of technical proposals • Participation in negotiations with manufacturers and suppliers • Assessment of machinery and equipment compliance with international standards • Analysis of technical proposals received from manufacturers • Participation in equipment delivery, installation, and commissioning processes • Preparation of technical reports and presentations on projects |

| Professional requirements | Education: Agricultural Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering Work Experience: • At least 5 years of experience in agro-industrial, agricultural, food industry, or manufacturing sectors • Experience working with technological lines, equipment, and production processes • Practical experience in equipment selection and technical auditing • Experience working with international equipment manufacturers Skills: • Experience with leading international technologies and brands in fruit/vegetable sorting, industrial drying, and packaging • Knowledge of agricultural machinery characteristics • Strong understanding of modern greenhouse engineering systems (heating, drip irrigation, climate control, and automation) • Possession of relevant certifications in the field Analytical Skills: Ability to independently work with technical documents, drawings, and specifications; ability to prepare comparative reports and SWOT analyses. Preferred: • Participation in greenhouse, fruit/vegetable processing, drying, sorting, packaging, or cold storage projects • Experience working with Chinese, Turkish, or European manufacturers • Knowledge and certifications in project management Language Requirements: • Uzbek and Russian (fluent) • English (minimum B2 level) for technical communication with foreign equipment suppliers and reading technical documentation |
