| Duties | The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for the execution of monitoring and evaluation activities under the Project following the IFI's procedures and regulations, including but not limited to: - Monitor and evaluate the process of project implementation; - Collecting and managing project activity data from contractors; - Tracking contract performance and effectiveness; - Identifying implementation issues and monitoring contractors' compliance with schedules; - Evaluate and manage the quality, risks, cost, terms, content and project communications; - Participate in the formation of reports on the progress of the project in accordance with project documents; - Provision of systematic and regular data collection for the routine measurement of project indicators; - Prepare documentations of the progress of the results in the project implementation phases. - Participation in other activities carried out within the framework of the project, by order of the Project Manager. |

| Professional requirements | - Higher education in social sciences, economics or related area (at least Bachelor degree); - At least 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation or related area; - Experience in collecting, analyzing monitoring and reporting results; - Successful experience in international projects, good knowledge of project management methods, organization of implementation and project monitoring; - Skills of generating reports for project; - Skills in assessing costs, timing, risks and methods of preventing / eliminating risks; - Fluency in Uzbek, Russian, knowledge of technical English language; - Advanced computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets; - Focus on achieving results with the ability to obtain results within a certain volume and time frame; |
