| Duties | The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan (PCUz) is mandated to assist the Host Country in its efforts to ensure security and stability, including the fight against terrorism, violent extremism, drug trafficking and other threats; to support the country's socio-economic and civil society development; to help protect the country's environment; and to assist the government in the implementation of its commitments taken within the OSCE framework, including those related to the development of civil society. The Co-ordinator's activities are carried out on the basis of jointly developed programmes and projects. The Fund Administration Unit facilitates the implementation of the Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan (PCUz) Mandate by providing administrative support to the Fund and Programme Managers while ensuring compliance with the Common Regulatory Management System (CRMS). Tasks and Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Chief of Fund Administration (CFA) and National Procurement/Materials Management Officer (NPO), the incumbent is responsible for general administration tasks, as follow: 1. Making travel arrangements (ticketing, Daily Subsistence Allowance calculation, etc.) both in the mission area and abroad; reviewing and processing Official Travel Authorisations and Travel Claims submitted by the Programmes; raising Purchase Orders for travel; 2. Processing Low Value Procurement as well as placing orders under the Corporate and local Window Contracts; 3. Maintaining the Asset Management database, ensuring proper receiving, hand-over and transfer of assets; assignments, writing-off, bar-coding; 4. Acting as dispatcher for drivers. Checking and signing vehicle daily logs and reports for fuel consumption, on a monthly basis. Making entries to FleetWave and monitor the SafeFleet. Generating the reports for NPO and CFA's review; 5. Co-ordinating the cleaning staff and monitoring the reports on household consumption. Making entries and generating the report in IRMA Inventory Module; 6. Acting as Suppliers, Customers and Banks (SCB) handler; 7. Acting as secretary of Fund Material Management Committee (FMMC) meetings; 8. Acting as focal point for customs clearance procedures: arranging and co-ordinating customs clearance of imported and exported goods. Preparing and processing required documentation, liaising with customs authorities, monitor and track shipments and resolving clearance-related issues. 9. Assisting with other administrative duties including but not limited to assisting the NPO with maintenance of office premises. |

| Professional requirements | Education: - Completed secondary education, as well as specialized training in business/public administration, finance, human resources management or any other relevant field. Experience and knowledge/skills: - Minimum five years of relevant experience of administration, business/public administration, finance, human resources management or any other relevant field; preferably in international organizations or companies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Computer skills with practical experience in Microsoft packages. Experience with ORACLE based applications is an asset; - Willingness and ability to work with people of different nationalities, religious and cultural backgrounds while maintaining impartiality and objectivity. - Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities; Languages: - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Uzbek or Russian. |

| Extra motivation | Remuneration Package: Monthly remuneration, subject to social security deduction, is USD 1190.00 as per the relevant OSCE salary scale. Appointments are normally made at Step 1 of the applicable OSCE salary scale. In exceptional cases, an initial appointment at up to Step 3 may be considered. This depends on factors such as relevant experience exceeding minimum requirements or higher previous remuneration. Any such request by a candidate must be reviewed and approved by the OSCE before the appointment. |
