| Duties | 1. Legal Compliance & Advisory Perform due diligence and legal consulting to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Provide legal support on internal and external legal matters, disputes, and complaints Ensure protection of Company and Group interests 2. Corporate Legal & Governance Draft, review, and finalize legal advisory documents as assigned by senior leadership Support organization of General Meetings of Shareholders, Board of Directors, Members' Council, and other governance bodies Prepare and review legal documentation for corporate meetings and decisions 3. Contracting & Documentation Draft and review agreements, authorizations, correspondence, and other legal documents Ensure legal accuracy and compliance in all operational documentation 4. M&A and Investment Projects Advise on transaction structures and legal procedures Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessment Draft and review M&A contracts and related documentation Monitor legal processes throughout transaction execution 5. Risk Management Identify legal risks in business operations and projects Propose mitigation strategies and legal solutions Report significant risks impacting the Company 6. Legal Support for Business Operations Provide legal advice on investment, real estate, bidding, and project implementation Support Departments/Divisions in resolving legal issues and complex cases 7. Dispute Resolution & Litigation Handle complex legal disputes and represent the Company in litigation (if required) Manage high-impact legal matters involving third parties 8. Policies & Procedures Develop and review internal regulations, policies, and procedures Focus on complex, cross-functional regulatory frameworks 9. Training & Capacity Building Develop legal training materials Conduct training sessions on legal awareness, negotiation, and M&A Support risk reduction across the organization |

| Professional requirements | - Education: University degree or higher in Law, having a local bar license is a plus. - Foreign language: Good English communication (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent). - Computer skills: Proficient in using office software -- Professional experience: At least 7 years in the legal field.
