| Duties | Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, cash transactions, and general ledger entries Prepare and submit statutory financial and tax reporting in accordance with Uzbekistan legislation and reporting deadlines Handle all vendor settlements, payment schedules, reconciliation statements, and supporting documentation Manage payroll accounting, salary calculations, tax withholdings, leave payments, reimbursements, and final settlements in coordination with HR Maintain accurate accounting records in 1C, ensure correct posting of all transactions, and manage reporting through my.soliq.uz Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for HQ reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with ROX Group standards Support internal and external audits, including preparation of reconciliations, invoices, contracts, tax files, and supporting schedules Monitor and control CAPEX/OPEX, office operational expenses, project-related costs, and budget utilization Coordinate with HQ Finance, local management, tax consultants, banks, auditors, and government authorities on finance-related matters Ensure compliance with Uzbekistan accounting standards, tax legislation, internal controls, and company procedures Support finance process improvement, stronger internal controls, and optimization of accounting workflows Prepare financial analysis, expense reports, variance reports, and management dashboards for decision-making |

| Professional requirements | Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field 3–5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in international companies, real estate, construction, or project-based environments Strong hands-on experience in statutory reporting, tax reporting, payroll accounting, and financial reconciliations Excellent working knowledge of Accounting Systems, Excel, online banking systems, and my.soliq.uz Proven experience in vendor settlements, payment control, audit preparation, and HQ reporting Strong understanding of CAPEX/OPEX tracking, budgeting support, and cost control principles Solid knowledge of Uzbekistan tax legislation, VAT, PIT, social contributions, and accounting compliance High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict reporting deadlines Strong communication skills and ability to work with both local stakeholders and HQ teams Russian and Uzbek required; English is a strong advantage for HQ communication Professional certifications such as CAP, CIPA, ACCA DipIFR, or similar are an advantage |
