Duties Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle (end-to-end) from vacancy briefing to onboarding
Partner with Hiring Managers to identify hiring needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and develop job descriptions together with business stakeholders
Ensure all recruitment documentation, interview records, approvals, and hiring files are properly maintained and kept in place
Source candidates proactively through uzjobs.uz, hh.uz, LinkedIn, Telegram channels, and professional networks
Conduct CV screening, phone interviews, and competency-based assessments when required
Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and HQ stakeholders
Ensure candidates are informed in a timely manner about interview outcomes and next steps
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future business needs
Conduct talent market mapping and passive candidate outreach for critical business positions
Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience
Support employer branding initiatives and continuously improve recruitment processes
Prepare and provide all necessary documentation for the recruitment and onboarding process
Support new hires with a smooth onboarding journey, including welcoming arrangements and provision of required workplace facilities
Prepare recruitment reports, offer letters, employment documentation for new hires, market salary insights, and hiring analytics

Education: Higher
Professional requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Higher Education degress in HR or relevant field
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions
Strong sourcing skills through LinkedIn, hh.uz, uzjobs.uz, Telegram, and direct search
Experience in headhunting and passive candidate engagement
Ability to partner effectively with Hiring Managers and cross-functional stakeholders
Experience in preparing offer letters, employment documents, and onboarding documentation
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek
Experience in real estate, construction, investment, finance, or corporate hiring is a strong advantage
Strong reporting and recruitment analytics skills
Proactive, energetic, organized, and result-oriented mindset
