| Duties | • Warehouse Identification: Search for suitable warehouse facilities and logistics terminals (for lease or purchase) that meet international standards and best practices. • Operational Management: Organize and oversee effective warehouse operations (inventory control, storage conditions, safety protocols). • Team Supervision: Manage warehouse personnel, set objectives, and monitor performance. • Logistics Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient logistics workflows (receiving, dispatch, stock accounting) to improve productivity and reduce costs. • Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with landlords, service providers, regulatory authorities, and other relevant partners. • Performance Analysis: Evaluate current warehouse operations, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to boost efficiency. |

| Professional requirements | • Experience: 3+ years in warehouse management or in overseeing logistics terminals; familiarity with international standards for warehouse operations (safety, equipment, certifications). • Technical Knowledge: Proven ability to plan and optimize warehouse processes; proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and related tools. • Languages: Fluent in English and Russian (verbal and written). Uzbek language proficiency is an advantage. • Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities; experience in building productive relationships with partners and staff. • IT Skills: Confident user of standard office software and warehouse/ERP systems. |
