Terms of payments for job seekers
Payments for the services of UzJobs website are made on the basis of a contract for subscription services, which is presented on the website in the form of the contract of the public offer (i.e. public offering of services) to the potential subscribers. Contract-offer provided by the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan does not require the bilateral signing and is valid in an electronic form.
The payment for the website services is considered as an unconditional acceptance of this Contract by the Subscriber (registered user of our website).
Payment for the website services is made through the "CLICK" system.
"CLICK" is a mobile banking system that allows individuals to make payments for goods and services from their bank account or bank card via mobile phone. All settlements can be made in real time, 24/7 and with 0% commission fee.
You can add funds to your personal account on Uzjobs.uz through the "CLICK" system using the following methods:
1. Via Click Up mobile application (available for Android and iOS). Go to the section "Payment" – "Internet Services" – "UzJobs". When making a payment, specify the subscriber ID obtained on the UzJobs.uz website and the number of points you want to buy.
2. By USSD-request *880*0101*User ID*number of points# (please note that 1 point = 2000 sum). For example: *880*0101*7653*5# (where 7653 is the user's ID and 5 is the number of points to be purchased). This method allows you to make a payment even in the absence of internet connection. However, you still need to be registered in "CLICK" system to proceed with this method: either in the Click Up application or on the websites https://m.click.uz or https://my.click.uz.
3. Through the special bot (@clickuz) in Telegram messenger.

Additional information about the rules of payments: - The sum of prepayment is determined solely by the Subscriber, but it cannot be less than the minimum value set in the Price List.
- After the prepayment has been transferred to the account of our company, the sum of the prepayment is showed at the account balance of the Subscriber on the website and is momentarily transferred into conditional payment units – points. Expenditures are reflected in points. Accounting for expenditures from the account on the website is maintained in points.
- The funds of the personal account are written off automatically for: each vacancy announcement; each request of the resume contact information; each document bought in the section of Manuals for HR officers, etc. At the same time, the funds written off from the personal account cannot be transferred back to conventional currency units. Thus, whenever the Subscriber is presented with the system request on purchase confirmation, the Subscriber has to take a weighted and absolute decision.
- Paid services for subscription services are provided to the extent of the sum of the prepayment, made by the Subscriber.
- The subscriber may familiarize themselves with the data on the expenses of his account balance in section "Transactions"
- When the Subscriber's account balance drops below the minimum value set in the Price List, the rendering of the services is blocked. Restoration of access is made through replenishing account balance on the basis of the following prepayments.
