| Duties | *In charge of the HVAC system, monitoring daily operations identify situations requiring maintenance or repair. *Performing work in manner that will not disrupt classes or employees *Ensuring high quality appearance of finished work. Clean area when work is finished *Completing work by deadline. *Performing work in cost efficient manner *Defining in close connection with specialists all necessity fixing or regular maintenance of HVAC systems. *Reviewing requests written in the maintenance book several times a day and performing requested work in a timely manner. *Assess maintenance requests to determine whether work should be performed in-house or by outside contractors. *Make recommendations to chief maintenance and solicit bids for outside work. *Perform maintenance and repairs using quality materials and attention to details, resulting in work that appears professionally completed. *Prioritize activities to complete the small tasks quickly. *Organize work to use time most efficiently. *Check that temperature is properly set in the building |
