| Duties | - Develop and implement the project's communication and visibility strategy, in line with KAS and EU requirements. - Plan, produce and edit communication content (press releases, social media posts, newsletters, visuals, short videos) to promote project activities and results. - Ensure correct use of EU/KAS/Yuksalish branding (logos, disclaimers, visibility rules) across all online and offline materials and events. - Manage the project's social media presence and website updates; coordinate regular posting and monitor engagement, especially among youth audiences. - Design and lead youth-oriented outreach campaigns, build and support youth networks and communities involved in the project (participants of trainings, bootcamps, content hubs, etc.). - Coordinate media relations (contacts with journalists, preparation and distribution of media announcements, organization of media coverage during events). - Provide on-site communication support during events (photo/video coordination, live posting, visibility set-up) and prepare post-event communication packages (news items, photo sets, short videos). - Prepare regular communication and visibility reports (with links, screenshots and basic analytics) for internal use and donor reporting. |

| Professional requirements | - At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in communications, media, PR and/or youth projects (experience with NGOs or international organizations is an advantage). - Strong skills in social media management (Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and online community engagement. - Excellent writing and editing skills for news, social media posts and short reports. - Practical experience with basic design and content tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop or similar) and photo/video editing is an advantage. - Good understanding of youth issues and interest in working with young people from different regions of Uzbekistan. - Ability to plan and implement communication campaigns, work with deadlines and manage several tasks in parallel. - Languages: fluent Uzbek and Russian, good working knowledge of English (written and spoken). |

| Additional information: | The position is full-time and based in Tashkent.
