| Duties | Project "Private sector development and economic policy advice for green industrialization in Uzbekistan" is looking for a Junior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for temporary replacement of main employee. Approximately 1 year. Responsibilities: • Assist in creating and implement a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system for the project. • Conduct project studies, qualitative and quantitative surveys in close cooperation with project staff. • Assist the project leader and responsible project staff in the preparation of reports and project documents on the achievement of milestones, results and indicators. • Support communication and visibility of the project activities to various target groups (broader public, governmental and non-governmental organizations, etc.). • Support the design and production of educational and informational materials, e.g. print products, presentations and creation of audio/video materials. • Develop suitable communication instruments for PR (e.g. country brochures, fact sheets, advertising materials, presentations based on GIZ corporate templates). |

| Professional requirements | • At least 1 year of experience in social empirical research/analysis (can be as a monitoring and evaluation specialist or in a research institute). • Working knowledge of statistical analysis, qualitative and quantitative data collection and management, and survey software. • Experience in the field of communication, including social media, outreach and awareness campaigns, design of communication products, and media production is an advantage. • Friendly, open and team-oriented attitude. • High communication skills. • Fluent in English, Uzbek and Russian languages. • Good working knowledge of ITC technologies (MS Office). |
