GCP /UZB/010/GFF Food System, Land Use and Restoration Impact Program in Uzbekistan The Project Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the administrative management, contract and day-to-day operations of the project activities implemented by the project. S/he will be responsible, among others, for: •Supporting daily operations of the project; •Supporting preparation of background information for project implementation, work plans; •Drafting and composing letters, memos, and other written communications on behalf of project coordinator; •Contributing to the drafting Letter of Agreements with service providers; •Organizing and Coordinating with OPs to set up meetings, prepare presentations, taking of minutes during the meeting; •Organizing and Coordinating travel arrangements for project staff and other international consultants; •Supporting the organization of workshops and other capacity building events related to the project; •Providing other support to PMU (Project Management Unit) on logistics; •Keeping records and files of financial and technical documentation and reports of the project; •Assisting in coordinating with human resources to schedule interviews and hire new consultants; •Providing administrative support to PSC (Project Street Committee) meetings, answering phones, and scheduling appointments; •Drafting reports summarizing project results for NPCs' review; •Tracking progress on project and Operational Partner Agreement and communicating with team members about issues that arise; •Providing administrative support to the relevant project officers; •Carrying out any other activities related to this assignment.
GCP/UZB/11385P/GFF - Integrated NRM for Improved Ecosystem Conservation and Biodiversity Preservation (PPG) Under the overall and technical supervision of the project LTO and country team, the National consultant will perform following duties: • Collect relevant information in the project countries as per the guidance from Project Design Expert and the PPG team; • Providing the necessary inputs for the design of the project. • Lead the communication and support the Consultation Process with National Authorities during the formulation process. • Provide day-to-day administrative support and assist in all project management-related matters; • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities; • Contribute to the development of proposals for project interventions, including relevant activities and budgets; • Review reports and collect necessary information during the initial phase of the project; • Support the smooth inception and launch of the project; |

Professional requirements |
Minimum Requirements: •University degree in social sciences, business administration, economics, law or related fields •At least 3 years of working experience in fields related to administrative works, administrative assistant, finance, advisory services and/or other relevant areas of work. •Fluent in English, Uzbek and working knowledge of Russian.
