Duties - Answer telephone calls, record and transmit relevant official information to the PMU Director, Deputy Director and other members of the PMU management team;
- Ensure PMU document flow (incoming and outgoing correspondence, registration, storage, archiving of documents);
- Distribute documentation to implementing specialists;
- Prepare draft letters, requests and other documents related to the PMU activities;
- Receive, review, register and prioritize documents requiring immediate review / action, report on them to the PMU Director, provide draft responses;
- Receive and review documents, register and send them to the relevant members of the PMU team on a daily basis and monitor actions / responses taken within the established time;

- Create and maintain a registration system in the PMU to track all PMU records / documents;
- Establish daily monitoring of actions to ensure timely implementation of oral and written instructions of the Director by specialists and other employees of the State Registration Chamber;
- Prepare administrative documents of the State Registration Chamber and perform office work tasks on a regular basis, including copying;
- Prepare draft documents on behalf of the Director of the State Registration Chamber to provide temporary support to the State Registration Chamber specialists on various aspects of the implementation of the PBS;
- Monitor and control the implementation and management of document flow between the Tashkent State Registration Chamber and its regional divisions;
- Promptly inform the Director of the State Registration Chamber about problems requiring urgent solutions;
- Implementation of document flow between the State Registration Chamber and other organizations, institutions (fire inspection, tax service, etc.) on behalf of the Director, if authorized by the Director of the State Registration Chamber;
- Maintain office work, formalize work and transfer it to the archive, ensure the safety of documentation, prepare for destruction;
- Organizing conferences and meetings held by the Director of the PSU and providing logistical support, notifying participants of the time and place of the meeting, agenda and topics for discussion as needed;
- Providing administrative support to the PSU team in organizing official trips, including purchasing air tickets, train/bus tickets, hotel reservations, etc.;
- Supporting the PSU team in providing office supplies, consumables and other goods and materials necessary for office work, and monitoring their use for office purposes;
- Organizing the receipt, accounting, storage and issuance of office supplies, consumables and other inventory required for the office;
- Conducting regular checks and inventory of office supplies, consumables and other inventory items;
- Monitoring the proper condition of office equipment and communications. If any faults are found in office equipment and other equipment, call technicians for repairs and other types of maintenance;
- Perform other tasks related to the management of the GRP office.

- Skills: excellent knowledge of working with a computer, in particular, e xat, edo.uz, (Word, Excel and Power Point) and the ability to work with office equipment; Ability and experience in writing official letters, requests;
- Language skills: Working level of English. Excellent written and spoken Russian and / or Uzbek languages ​​are required.
