Duties |
The scope of the services required from Process Analyst will include: 1. Analyze existing processes: a. Conduct thorough assessments of current healthcare processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. b. Assess the impact of existing processes on patient care and organizational efficiency. 2. Develop process maps: a. Create detailed process maps and flowcharts to visually represent current workflows, aiding in understanding and analysis. b. Develop "to-be" process maps to illustrate optimized workflows after recommended improvements. c. Regularly update and refine process maps as processes evolve and new improvements are implemented. 3. Identify root causes: a. Conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying reasons for inefficiencies or problems within processes. b. Validate root causes with stakeholders to ensure accurate understanding and alignment. 4. Develop improvement recommendations: a. Formulate specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) recommendations for process improvement, aligning with DHMU goals and objectives. b. Prioritize recommendations based on impact, feasibility, and available resources. 5. Facilitate process change: a. Work with stakeholders to implement and manage process changes, including training, communication, and monitoring. b. Develop change management plans that address potential resistance and ensure smooth adoption of new processes. c. Provide hands-on support to ensure successful integration of new workflows. 6. Document and standardize: a. Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring consistency and clarity for all stakeholders. b. Standardize processes across departments to ensure uniformity and efficiency in operations. c. Regularly review and update documentation to reflect changes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. 7. Performance monitoring: a. Track and monitor the impact of implemented process changes, collecting data and reporting on improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. b. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of process improvements. c. Generate detailed reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting both successes and areas that require further optimization. 8. Continuous improvement: a. Lead regular process review sessions to identify new areas for improvement and celebrate successful changes. 9. Collaborate with stakeholders: a. Work effectively with healthcare professionals, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and build consensus around process improvements. b. Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster collaboration and co-create solutions. c. Ensure transparent communication between all parties involved, providing regular updates on progress and next steps. |

Professional requirements |
The successful offeror shall meet the following minimum qualification criteria. Not meeting these criteria automatically leads to disqualification from the recruitment process: ● Master's degree in relevant field. ● Proficiency in Uzbek and English. ● Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in the healthcare sector. At least 3 years of experience working with healthcare data systems and standards.
EVALUATION CRITERIA:
General qualification: ● Master's degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Management, Public Health, or Information Technology (holding additional professional education or advanced training programs in relevant fields is beneficial). ● Years of experience working in a clinical setting related to healthcare innovation, technology implementation, or a related field. ● Demonstrated understanding of emerging technologies and their potential applications in healthcare.
Other experience: ● Experience in project management and implementation, with a focus on piloting and scaling new initiatives. ● Demonstrated understanding of clinical workflows and patient care processes. ● Strong knowledge of the clinical environment and its specific needs.
Other skills: ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess the feasibility and impact of innovative solutions. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and advocate for innovation. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a passion for driving positive change in healthcare. |
