| Duties | The Representative Office of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in Uzbekistan is happy to announce opened internships to different departments. Internship duration 3 months with possible extension to another 3 months. In total, 3 interns will be recruited. Main areas of learning and supporting GIZ: • Preparing and organizing logistics for country office activities (seminars, workshops, conferences, round tables and etc.); • Collection of data, preparation of overviews, excel sheets and presentations; • Translating/interpreting documents, online meetings, etc. in/to English/Russian/Uzbek; • Writing the minutes during the meetings/events when it is necessary; • Provide other administrative support to technical and administrative staff of the Project according to their request; • Supporting the Finance department: Invoice Checking, Filing, Scanning of Vouchers, Prepare vouchers, Process basic accounting. |

German language would be an asset; • Good working knowledge of ITC technologies (related software, phone, email, the internet) and computer applications (e.g. MS Office); |
