Duties |
• works with incoming correspondence (letters, faxes): reception, registration, transfer to the addressee, accounting, storage; • organization of receiving correspondence on legal, postal and actual addresses; • works with outgoing correspondence (letters, faxes): registration, transmission, accounting, storage; registration of letters from the Director and employees of the PIU; sending urgent letters; • maintaining a fund of normative and regulatory documents of the MIIT, ADB and other organizations; • maintaining personnel records in the PIU; • registration of visa support for non-residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with contractual agreements (international consultant, contractor, etc.); • performing copying and duplicating work; • on behalf of the Director, preparation of draft letters, requests and other documents relating to the activities of the PIU as a whole; • on behalf of the Director, printing of official materials, entering information into the data bank; • compiling files in accordance with the approved nomenclature, ensuring their safety and filing them in the archive. • planning and organizing meetings • providing the office with stationery, consumables and other inventory items necessary for the operation of the office. Organization of their acceptance, accounting, storage and issuance; • control over the proper condition of office equipment and communications; when identifying malfunctions of office equipment and other equipment, calls specialists to carry out repair work and other types of maintenance; • control of the courier's activities. Working with courier and postal services; Ordering transport companies. • organizing and supporting business trips for company employees (booking tickets, booking hotels, preparing documents for obtaining visas); • order printing of catalogs and business cards from printing houses. • maintaining and monitoring employees' working hours. Monthly attendance reports. • translation from English into Russian and Uzbek languages and from Russian and • Uzbek languages into English correspondence with MIIT, ADB, financial, educational, technical, socio-political, economic and other documentation, letters, correspondence with foreign organizations, congress documents • perform oral and written, full and abbreviated translations, while ensuring that the translations correspond to the lexical, stylistic and semantic content of the originals, and compliance with established requirements regarding the scientific and technical terms and definitions used • works to unify terms, improve concepts and definitions on the subject of translated texts, record and systematize completed translations, annotations |

Professional requirements |
1. University degree in philology, economics or another relevant field. 2. Work experience: at least 3 years in a similar position, with knowledge of office work, office equipment (fax, copier, scanner, printer), Microsoft Office programs, work culture and business ethics. Experience working in organizations implementing investment projects with the participation of international financial institutions is preferred; 3. Personal qualities: organizational and management skills, ability to consult and clarify; 4. Languages: Uzbek, Russian and English (Fluency in languages is required). |
