In accordance with the agreements reached between the Asian Development Bank and the Committee for Roads, it is envisaged to implement the project "Reconstruction of 240 km of the A-380" Guzar-Bukhara-Nukus-Beineu "highway at the 964-1204 km section. The project provides for the construction of a road with an asphalt concrete surface with a total length of 240 km with its transformation into a 2-lane cement concrete surface and will be implemented in 2020-2025. At the same time, within the framework of the project, in accordance with the requirements of the Asian Development Bank, a "Resettlement and Land Acquisition Plan" was developed. The resettlement plan provides an assessment and implementation of measures, as well as time-bound measures and budgets, for involuntary resettlement projects. |
