The Government of Uzbekistan has received funds to finance preparation and implementation of an integrated urban project in Uzbekistan, namely the Medium-Sized Cities Integrated Urban Development Project. The project adopts an integrated approach of development in the three pilot cities of Chartak, Kagan and Yangiyul and focuses on rehabilitating of infrastructure for basic services and urban regeneration of selected project area in selected through infrastructure development and institutional support. |
