Regional Dialogue (RD) is an independent organization, which promotes understanding between people and regions. With a specific focus on Central Asia, our work aims to promote the exchange of knowledge, ideas and experience with the intention to foster understanding.
Regional Dialogue was set up at the end of 2008 in Slovenia.
2010 was a key year for RD development as we commenced a capacity building project entitled Human Rights Dialogue in Uzbekistan. RD branch office in Uzbekistan opened in March 2011 and employs a number of local staff.
Regional Dialogue has since implemented several project activities, working with mahallas, with women groups, with civil society and nongovernmental organizations, and with government institutions from area of judiciary and human rights protection. |
