| Duties | Join SUEZ INTERNATIONAL: Exciting Opportunities in Surkhandarya region, Denov city, Uzbekistan! We provide essential services to protect the resource and improve quality of life wherever we operate. We are looking for H&S specialist to join our growing team in Surkhandarya region, Denov city, Uzbekistan! Responsibilities & Duties: • Carry out daily site inspections of the workplace to make sure employees are compliant with health and safety regulations and providing feedback in the event of violations. • Perform routine (monthly, weekly) inspections on site as per HSE procedures in regular base. • Be able to deliver safety induction, safety trainings for employees. • Monitor all Health and Safety activities on site and ensure appropriate implementation. • Prepare and record notes in safety logbook every safety instructions/TBT by HSE regulations. • Prepare safety reports (weekly, monthly), safety assessment and submit to HSE Manager. • Maintain accurate records of inspections, training, incidents, and safety data. • Inspect job site in case of hazardous work activities and perform safety analysis on it. • Ensure that all site equipment and tools passed inspection test and safety standards. • Ensure that Project procedures relating to HSE are followed by all workers in the field. • Be able to identify workplace risks and hazards, implementing safety measures, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. • Conduct drills and simulations to test the effectiveness of emergency procedures at the workplace. • Report to the line Manager any happened accident, incident, near misses in the workplace on time. • Assist the Line Manager on investigation into workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions. |

| Professional requirements | Required skills and qualifications for H&S specialist: • A bachelor's degree in a related field like occupational health and safety, environmental science, or engineering. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HSE role. • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, and experience with risk assessment methodologies. • Excellent communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation techniques. • Ability to think critically and develop effective solutions on HSE challenges. |

| Additional information: | Contract for the implementation of Phase 1 of the project, concluded between SUEZ and JSC "Uzsuvta'minot" regarding the districts of Denau, Sariosiyo, Shorchi and Qumqorgon: Main purpose of the contract: • Implement digital solutions (SCADA, AQUADVANCED, GIS); • Develop a hydraulic model; • Improve the Non Revenue Water (NRW); • Improve the Asset Management; • Modernize the customer management system; • Install mechanical meters; • Train local specialists; • Prepare the feasibility study (FS) and other documentation for the main phase of the 25-year PPP project.
