We are looking for HR specialist to join our growing team in Surkhandarya region, Denov city, Uzbekistan! Position Summary: The HR Specialist supports to Director of Surkhandarya project in facilitating HR processes across the organization, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. This role provides comprehensive administrative support for HR functions, including onboarding, record-keeping, training coordination, employee travel, and migration-related matters. The HR Specialist also acts as a key liaison for employee services and government authorities. Responsibilities & Duties: Recruitment • Assist in managing the recruitment process: preparing job postings, screening CVs, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. • Determine the company's staffing needs and analyze the labor market to identify qualified candidates. HR Administration • Handle HR administration for both local and expatriate employees 20+ employees • Draft and issue employment contracts, HR letters, and other official documents • Manage the full cycle of HR administration including hiring, transfers, terminations, absences, and business trips in strict compliance with the Labor Code and company policies • Forming and maintaining employee personal files. Document management (distribution and monitoring of HR document signing) • Ensure local HR policies, procedures, and regulations are up to date and properly implemented • Work with labor books and register employees on the official government portal MEHNAT.UZ • Maintain employee attendance records and timesheets • Compile and submit accurate payroll data in a timely manner • Prepare internal and statistical reports • Coordinate travel arrangements, issue business trip orders and certificates • Administer vacation tracking, monitor entitlements, and coordinate leave coverage • Prepare welcome packages for new hires (insurance, IT equipment, SIM cards, emails, etc.) Migration • Collect necessary documents such as passport, diploma, landlords' documents, medical documents lease agreements and timely submits to the responsible authority or agency and acts as a contact person between responsible authority and expat employee •Prepare and follow up on all temporary registration documentation for employees and their family members. Training & Development • Organizing & supervising all logistical aspects of all training sessions and communicating to training participants accordingly; • Creates and maintains database of trainings attended by Suez employees |

| Professional requirements | Education: • Bachelor's or higher degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Language skills English, Uzbek and Russian Skills and Experience: • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a multinational or project-based company • Solid knowledge of labor law and HR best practices • Proven experience managing HR processes for both local and expatriate employees. • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams •Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR management systems • Understanding of business ethics and communication • Ability to settle any labor disputes in a tactful and ethically correct manner • Ability to communicate effectively in English, Russian and Uzbek languages, both verbally and in writing • Ability to create effective working relationships with employees at all levels • Ability to maintain a high level of discipline and morale • Problem solving and decision-making skills • Time management and strong ability to meet deadlines • Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion |

| Additional information: | Contract for the implementation of Phase 1 of the project, concluded between SUEZ and JSC "Uzsuvta'minot" regarding the districts of Denau, Sariosiyo, Shorchi and Qumqorgon: Main purpose of the contract: • Implement digital solutions (SCADA, AQUADVANCED, GIS); • Develop a hydraulic model; • Improve the Non Revenue Water (NRW); • Improve the Asset Management; • Modernize the customer management system; • Install mechanical meters; • Train local specialists; • Prepare the feasibility study (FS) and other documentation for the main phase of the 25-year PPP project.
