Duties |
The scope of the services required from Training Program Specialist will include: 1. Educational initiative coordination: a. Coordinate and oversee the implementation of educational initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall training goals and objectives. b. Develop timelines and project plans to ensure smooth execution of training programs. c. Regularly review the alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals and make adjustments as needed. 2. Collaboration and curriculum development: a. Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and department heads to develop comprehensive educational programs and curriculum. b. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine the curriculum and ensure it meets the needs of participants. c. Ensure the curriculum is updated regularly to reflect new trends, technologies, and methodologies. 3. Training material management: a. Manage the development and production of training materials, including presentations, handouts, manuals, and online learning resources. b. Oversee the translation or localization of training materials. 4. Training session coordination: a. Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and webinars. b. Communicate with trainers to ensure timely updates and logistical details. 5. Logistics management: a. Manage logistics for training events, including venue selection, equipment setup, and participant registration. b. Coordinate technical support for virtual training sessions, including platforms and troubleshooting. 6. Trainer support: a. Liaise with trainers to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to deliver effective training programs. b. Provide trainers with feedback and performance data to help them improve delivery methods. 7. Participation tracking: a. Track and monitor participation in educational programs, collecting data on attendance, completion rates, and feedback. b. Analyze participation data to identify trends, gaps, or areas where additional support is needed. c. Use data to create detailed reports for management and stakeholders on training outcomes. 8. Program evaluation: a. Evaluate the effectiveness of educational initiatives, identifying areas for improvement. b. Develop and implement surveys or assessments to gather participant feedback on the quality of training programs. c. Use evaluation data to continuously improve training programs and methodologies. 9. Budget Management: a. Manage the budget allocated for educational programs, ensuring efficient use of resources. b. Track expenses related to training activities and adjust spending to stay within budget. c. Provide regular financial reports and forecasts for ongoing and future training programs. 10. Staying current: a. Stay informed about developments in educational technologies and training methodologies. b. Attend professional development workshops or conferences to stay up to date with the latest trends in training and development. c. Research new learning platforms and tools to recommend for future training programs. |

Professional requirements |
The successful offeror shall meet the following minimum qualification criteria. Not meeting these criteria automatically leads to disqualification from the recruitment process: ● Master's degree in relevant field. ● Proficiency in Uzbek and English. ● Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare education sector.
EVALUATION CRITERIA:
General qualification: ● Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (holding additional professional education or advanced training programs in relevant fields is beneficial). ● Years of experience in coordinating educational programs or training initiatives in healthcare education sector. ● Strong organizational and planning skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with trainers, stakeholders, and participants.
Other experience: ● Experience in developing educational materials and curriculum in the healthcare education sector. ● Familiarity with learning management systems and online training platforms.
Other skills: ● Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. ● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. |
