Duties |
TASKS The tasks to be completed under the contract include the following: • Maintain financial transactions in QB and 1Uz accounting tools. • Timely submission of tax reporting to the tax authorities, and statistical reporting to statistical departments, preparing and submitting financial reports as scheduled. Types of tax and statistics reporting (local): - Value added tax report (monthly) - Employees income tax and social tax reporting (monthly) - Accumulated individual accumulated pension account reporting (monthly basis) - Profit tax reporting (quarterly) - Reporting on the usage of received target funds (yearly) - Reporting on financial statement - Balance sheet - 1-NGO form (statistic reporting) - Report on activities of NGOs QB reporting: - Advance form - Balance sheet comparison (UZS and USD accounts) - Liability report - Profit and Loss forms (Class and Detail) - QB reconciliations (3 bank accounts) - CTDR forms - Month end certifications - Inventory report (monthly if needed) - Back up file upload monthly MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Timely check the Internet platforms to maintain invoices verified into QB and 1Uz tools (invoices from service providers – taxi, postal service, mobile communication, telegram bot); • Record disbursements in Quickbook accounting software; duly approved and supported by the relevant supporting documents, • Timely uploading of scanned financial supporting documents to the Winrock Sharepoint Official Program Filing (OPF) Drive. • Manage relationships with banking institutions;Timely check the tax administration internet cabinet for requests and notifications); • Calculation and accountancy of daily allowances for business trips (if available); 5 • Conducting monthly depreciation charges on fixed assets and deferred expense accounts (1 Uz); • Prepare write-off acts for the consumption of material assets (according to local accounting); • Assist on making contracts with service providers upon necessity; • Revaluation of exchange rate differences on a foreign currency account (1Uz) • Providing an act of reconciliation of mutual settlements with counterparties for receivables and payables upon request; • Preparation of payroll sheets (biweekly and month end), annual leave pmt, Payroll variance, severance and accrued leave forms; • Preparation of payment forms (salary, tax, invoices) and submit for authorization; • Assist on preparation of Wire request; • Some other administrative tasks (purchase of plane, train tickets by trip agencies) etc. |

Professional requirements |
Bachelor's degree in finance and economy. • At least three years of financial and administrative work experience with knowledge and skills in utilization of 1UZ and international accounting systems. • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Russian language. • Good attention to detail, ability to organize, and to meet deadlines. • Able to work independently and collaboratively. |
