| Duties | Position Summary: Responsible for helping TSST (TOSHKENT SHAHAR SUV TA'MINOTI) in maintaining and improving customer database ensuring the data is correct and up to date. Responsibilities & Duties - Analyze the existing database with specific tools and determines possible anomalies. - Coordinates the Customer Survey on all water and wastewater connections. - Helps TSST in updating the database from Networks and Customer Surveys. - Helps TSST in updating the database according to the development of smart metering program. - Helps TSST in checking if the data coming from the Automated Reading are correctly inserted in the database. - Helps TSST in producing statistics from the databases and other tools implemented within the project in the Customer Service Field. - Advise on areas where data clean-up is needed. - Participates in meetings regarding the implementation of a unique billing system for all utilities. - Extract and generate various reports upon request and provide information for periodic reports on the revenue. - Proposes improvements to the existing and future Customer Information Systems. - Ensures protection of interests, non-disclosure of confidential information and documents to the third parties. |

| Professional requirements | Qualifications: - Assocuate or College Degree; - Prior experience in data entry and database administation. - Proficiency in Uzbek and Russian languages. - Basic proficiency in English - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel. Project: Tashkent water transformation plan The total budget of the project is 185.4 million euros, of which 142 million euros will be disbursed through loans from leading European banks - the funds will be used to modernize urban water supply and sewerage networks and improve their management in accordance with the highest international standards.
