| Обязанности: | • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) • Coordinate JCI accreditation activities across departments • Work closely with international JCI consultants (starting May) • Develop, standardize, and monitor SOPs, policies, and clinical protocols • Conduct internal audits, gap analyses, and compliance monitoring • Ensure alignment with JCI and ISO 9001 standards • Organize and deliver staff training on quality, patient safety, and risk management • Monitor and analyze quality indicators (KPIs) and initiate improvement actions • Support implementation of patient safety goals and risk management systems • Facilitate cross-departmental communication and quality culture development • Prepare reports, documentation, and evidence for accreditation surveys |

| Профессиональные требования: | We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced QMS Specialist / JCI Coordinator who will play a key role in strengthening the hospital's quality system and supporting the organization through the JCI accreditation process. This position requires a strong understanding of healthcare quality standards, the ability to work in an international environment, and readiness to collaborate with external consultants and multidisciplinary teams. Requirements: • Higher education in medicine, public health, healthcare management, or related field • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality management (healthcare preferred) • Strong knowledge of JCI standards and/or ISO 9001 • Experience in hospital accreditation or quality improvement projects is a strong advantage • Fluent English is mandatory (for communication with international consultants) • Knowledge of Turkish language is highly desirable • Knowledge of Russian and/or Uzbek is an advantage • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-developing healthcare environment • Proficiency in MS Office and documentation systems |

The clinic has now initiated the process of international accreditation with Joint Commission International (JCI), including: • Official JCI identification obtained • Engagement of international consultants • Launch of structured preparation activities Starting from May, the selected candidate will work directly with international JCI consultants, participating in the full-cycle implementation of international healthcare quality and patient safety standards. |
