Social security, humanitarian aid / Project Assistant.
To assist and support the Project Coordinator for the project entitled "Promoting Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy production in the Community-Based Tourism Sector in Central Asia" scheduled to run from 2020 to 2023. The project assistant will focus on making assistance in documentation, proceedings, filings and other assigned tasks.

Translation of project documents between Russian/Uzbek and English/Russian and Russian/English
Assisting, where relevant, in the conducting of mobilization meetings, in association with the community mobilizers
Conducting administrative tasks, filing, phone calls and other activities as may be needed by Project Manager
Providing assistance and information, as necessary, to project team, AMEU and Project Development departments;
Supporting ACTED staff in the execution of all necessary project activities in the area of assignment
The Project Assistant may be required to travel to field trips as determined by Project Manager
Other tasks assigned by the Project Manager
The Project Assistant will be required to work additional hours and some weekends as deemed necessary
Identification of and engagement with local stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders and international and national partner organizations, among others
Organization and initiation, mobilization meetings, workshops and/or focus groups to communicate the project objectives, identify community issues and/or otherwise keep channels of communication open among community members
Assist the Project Manager in drafting donor reports on the progress made in implementing the project
Participate and support to organize all project related training, forums, workshops in target areas when it is necessary
Actively participate in elaboration of any relevant tools, methodology of project activities
Dissemination of project reports among stakeholders
Assist to project partners with the preparation of finance, logistic and administrative issues.
Assist in the drafting of narrative reports and development of financial reports through regular budgetary follow up;
Actively take part in developing tools and methodology for project implementation.
Plan a clear timeline of reports to be submitted to the European Union

Responsible for:
-assisting in conducting meetings and regular visits to the field
- assisting with translation documents, files from English into Russian/Uzbek and vice versa
- conducting administrative tasks, filing, phone calls and other activities as may be needed by Project Manager
- assisting the project team in collecting, dissemination of any relevant information

At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in a relevant sector;
Good communications skills, ability to work in a team, and personnel management skills;

Autonomous, flexible, solution-oriented and motivated.
