 Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) was founded on April 1, 1991, as a government agency responsible for grant aid to support poverty eradication and socio-economic development in developing countries, enhancing international development cooperation as well as strengthening partnerships with developing countries.
 KOICA Uzbekistan office was opened in 1995, and plays a crucial role in establishing KOICA's field-oriented aid programs. In particular, the office makes a great effort to maximize the effectiveness of aid programs by discussing policies and researching demand with local governments.

- Assist in coordination, implementation and evaluation of KOICA development programs and projects in Uzbekistan:
- Administrative and analyzing activities related with various programs and projects of KOICA with the Government of Uzbekistan (GOU);
- Publicity and protocol activities;
- Act as a liaison between the GOU counterparts for implementation of KOICA programs and projects;
- Translate project related official letters and documents;
- Prepare summary reports of the meetings and discussions held with the GOU counterparts or other international organizations;
- Assist project managers during field visits
- Other tasks requested by management.

Professional requirements QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education: Higher(at least B.A and 2 + years experiences required in similar fields)
- Fluency in Uzbek, Russian and Korean languages (TOPIK 5th level or higher), English language skills are an asset.
- Ability to prepare official protocol documentations using appropriate correspondent ethics.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures;
- Ability to handle a large volume of work in an efficient and timely manner;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to utilize Microsoft office program(WORD, EXCEL, etc) well
- Ability to write in a clear and concise manner and to communicate orally;
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
