• Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g., transit times, carrier performance)
• Negotiate logistics contracts and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of local languages is a plus
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, and leadership skills
